Which phones can I choose?
Choose from iPhone, Samsung, Redmi, Oppo, Realme, Honor, Vivo, and Google. Pick your exact model from the list in the designer — every model listed there is in stock. If yours isn't listed, message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we'll help.
What kind of picture should I use?
Use a sharp original image rather than a screenshot. Portrait images often fit the case shape well. Keep important details away from the camera cutout. The preview is illustrative; ask ZK to confirm the final crop.
Can you edit my picture for me?
Yes — that's what we're here for. Send us your photos on WhatsApp and our team will edit them and help you design your case: a collage of your favourite pictures, an old photo cleaned up, your name or a favourite quote added — so your picture becomes your masterpiece.
Does my photo get sent automatically?
Yes — the moment you submit your request, a copy with your photo is emailed to our team automatically, whether or not you use WhatsApp. If you do continue to WhatsApp, please also attach the original image in the chat, so we have it in both places.
How much do I pay in advance?
For delivery, the case advance is Rs 1,000 for iPhone or Rs 750 for Android. The same case balance is due on delivery. Delivery is extra. Pickup payment terms are confirmed with ZK before you proceed.
When will my case arrive?
Ask ZK for the current production and delivery estimate for your model and city before confirming the order. This preview does not promise a delivery date.
